These terms apply to your use of the Tovik desktop app, its agent, Tovik Vault and this website (together, “Tovik”), provided by Tovik Inc. By using Tovik you agree to them. Contact: support@tovik.dev.
Using Tovik
You need to be able to form a binding contract to use Tovik. You’re responsible for the accounts you sign in to through Tovik and for keeping your device and vault protected.
The agent acts for you
Tovik’s agent takes actions in websites and files on your behalf, within the permission mode you choose. Actions you approve — sending, paying, posting, deleting — are your actions. Review what the agent proposes before approving it, and check results that matter.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Tovik to break the law, or the terms of the sites you use it on.
- Don’t use it to get around security measures, access accounts you aren’t authorized to use, or send spam.
- Don’t interfere with Tovik itself, or try to reverse-engineer it beyond what law permits.
Your content
You keep the rights to your content. You give Tovik the permission needed to process it in order to run the tasks you ask for, including sending task content to the model provider used for that task.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are charged at the start of each billing period you choose, at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Disclaimers
Tovik is provided “as is”. AI agents can make mistakes; we don’t promise any particular result from a task. To the extent the law allows, Tovik Inc. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Tovik.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Tovik at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
